Bath Experts Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

I understand and agree that by filling out this form I consent to Bath Experts or one of its representatives contacting me via call or text (SMS/MMS) at the phone number (including wireless number) or email address I provide for marketing purposes, such as promotional messaging/offers or sending transactional and service-related messages, and to discuss my needs, even if my number is currently on any state, federal or internal Do Not Call List. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, users can reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. I consent to receive calls and messages made using automated dialing technology or that use pre-recorded or artificial voices. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and I do not need to submit this form to get information, but instead can call 866-542-0728. If you change or deactivate your phone number, you agree to update your account information or opt out of receiving messages to prevent us from contacting your old number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number you previously owned if you fail to update your settings. I also understand that Bath Experts collects certain categories of personal information and uses this information in various ways, including order fulfillment and providing project information and service to me. For more information, I may visit Bath Experts' Privacy Policy. I may revoke this consent at any time by contacting Bath Experts using any reasonable method, including calling 866-542-0728, submitting a revocation of consent form, emailing consent@bathexperts.com or sending revocation to 4011 Vincennes Road Indianapolis, IN 46268. I understand that all calls are recorded for quality and safety purposes.
