Great experience with Nate from their install team. On time, worked hard all day. Finished product looks great. A big upgrade from the builder grade tub / shower insert we got with the house originally.

Bath Experts were professional and experienced from the initial estimate to the installation. They were on time, called before they came and kept us informed of what was being done. The final project turned out beautifully and was completed in only two days. There was no mess for us to clean up. If I had it all to do over, I would call them again. Jacuzzi Bath Experts did an amazing job! Our new walk-in shower looks wonderful! Celius, Jackson and their other helper were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work. It only took 6 hours from start to finish, including cleanup! I was very impressed! We are very satisfied with our choice. Today I had the greatest experience with bath experts. Jason and Levi came to my house around 9:00 and installed me the most beautiful shower and replacing my tub. They were clean and efficient and you can't even tell they were here I would recommend their work to anyone. They were also very knowledgeable on the equipment they were installing. They explained all functions and also the best way to keep it clean and looking good.

Had a walking shower installed. The floor or the shower is nonslip which makes it really nice that we dont have to use a Mat and safer for by 88 year old mom. The seat folds up so its not in the way of getting in or out. You pick the grab bars, the shelves, you want and we also had the caddie added and so glad we did because I love it. The young men that installed the shower, Max and Jackson were awesome young men, knew what they were doing and very pleasant. We are very pleased with the shower.

The installation went smoothly! David & Jason accompanied outstanding work ethics as a team. Just B4 their arrival the area was hit with a flurries rainstorm. They quickly identified an adjustment for measuring & cutting the materials by asking if they was room in the garage, there was ample room for David’s expertise and Jason’s always ready to assist. It was a WET JOB Long Day they championed the job to completion the same day August 10, 2026. It was a big job and big decision to have the childhood cast iron tub removed!!! Danon came out to give me an estimate and I was absolutely delighted with the whole process. He told me so much information about jacuzzi products that I wasn’t aware of. I’m electrician by trade so I’ve been around the building industry for years. Absolutely a great product with transferable lifetime warranty for me and I think 2 years for new owners if I sell. Scheduled a total shower replacement and was very satisfied with the materials and the expertise of the 2 replacement technicians. Arrived at scheduled time and worked efficiently to complete the task in one day. Cleaned up well after installation was complete. Would use this company again.

You can’t deny the product is great and a tad costly but it’s the best. Totally custom. The installer was even better. Accurate, clean, knowledgeable, and well spoken easy to understand.

I chose bath experts this time since their quality of work was much better than the other group. There was a difference of about 1500 but i went with Bath experts. They showed up on time, had their name on the van and shirts.

I got a tub to walk-in shower with glass doors and the experience was wonderful!!! I was as excited from the very beginning mostly due to Taesha as she was one of the best sales professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Installation was smooth and very clean.
