The salesperson was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything to my elderly parents in detail. Everything went exactly as planned, and the installers were amazing! They even ran cloth runners through their walkway to keep carpets clean. The shower looks incredible! It was all done in one day, which was a huge plus.

Our experience with Jacuzzi Bath Experts was outstanding. From design and planning to the installation process, everything went smoothly. For our install, Brian arrived about 5 minutes early and worked steadily to finish shortly after 5:00. He was skilled and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our new walk in shower and would highly recommend Jacuzzi to others thinking about this project!

We looked at many different companies before choosing Bath Experts, they were a little more expensive than most but we thought they would be a good investment. Our salesperson Kylee was friendly and professional, when it came time to make a decision, she offered us $5,000 off the price to sign that day. We liked what we saw, and knowing a friend had used them, we signed. We understood that we had 3 days to change our minds. We did not fully read the contract, our mistake.
We were having a small walk in shower and large Jacuzzi tub removed. A large handicapped accessible shower installed with pony wall. Also multiple hand rails, attached shower bench and ramp. We thought at the time that the small shower area would be mudded and paint ready when they were done. We thought that because that is what we were told by the installer. That is not what the contract said ... our first mistake.
When everything was said and done,
we have a shower that is beautiful except the pattern does not match up in the corners. We did discuss this with Kylee and the company offered us plain white walls instead, we agreed, but have heard nothing from them in 2 months.
The new "handicap" shower is so slick my husband fell in it the first day. Amy offered us Gorilla mats that never arrived. We bought our own.
There is a nick in the panel that must have been made during installation, I asked the installer about it and he said it was glue. It wasn't. Luckily the chrome paint for appliances fixes it.
The plaster job on the area where the old shower was is so bad it took our new plaster/painter 3 visits to get it ready to paint.
When the installer was done, I was not happy about the work and asked a supervisor to come take a look at it. Understand that I was still under the impression that the room would be "paint ready" as the installer had said.
Before he arrived we did read the contract and saw that it did indeed say that the room would not be paint ready. I still believed it was such a horrible job, no tape, sharp edges and big gaps that I wanted to speak with a supervisor. Neal came out to educate us on our issues. He informed me, with hand gestures how " he was tired of people not reading the contract before signing". He also told me that he did not believe that his employee told us what we heard. I asked him if he was calling me a liar, he said no, he just didn't believe me. I had him leave.
I have since tried twice to reach out to the company about the changing of the shower walls and the missing mats, no one returns my call.
Guess I have become "one of those customers".
Many neighbors and family have seen the shower, believe me, there won't be any referrals.
For the amount spent, $21,000, the little things could have been handled better.
